Soit \(f(x) = 3x - 2\). Calcule :
a) \(f(0)\)
b) \(f(4)\)
c) \(f(-1)\)
d) \(f\left(\dfrac{2}{3}\right)\)
Voir la correction›
pour calculer une image \(f(a)\), on remplace \(x\) par \(a\) dans l'expression de \(f\) et on calcule.
a) \(f(0)\)
\[f(0) = 3 \times 0 - 2 = -2 \quad\Rightarrow\quad \mathbf{f(0) = -2}\]
b) \(f(4)\)
\[f(4) = 3 \times 4 - 2 = 12 - 2 = \mathbf{10}\]
c) \(f(-1)\)
\[f(-1) = 3 \times (-1) - 2 = -3 - 2 = \mathbf{-5}\]
d) \(f\left(\dfrac{2}{3}\right)\)
\[f\left(\dfrac{2}{3}\right) = 3 \times \dfrac{2}{3} - 2 = 2 - 2 = \mathbf{0}\]
\(3 \times \dfrac{2}{3}\) se simplifie en 2. Le 3 du coefficient annule le 3 du dénominateur.
